5. Bookings and appointments
When you book a service, you agree to:
- provide accurate contact and job details
- give safe and reasonable access to the property
- ensure someone over 18 is present if required
We may rearrange an appointment if an engineer is unavailable or delayed due to emergencies, traffic, or weather. We will contact you as soon as possible.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
For customers (consumer bookings)
You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us as soon as possible.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, there is no fee.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, or no one is available to provide access, we may charge a call-out / missed appointment fee of [£X].
Cooling-off rights (distance bookings)
If you book online/phone and are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations unless you ask us to start work during that period.
If work has started at your request, you may need to pay for work already completed.
7. Payments
